Privacy Policy

Azura Voyages (“Azura Voyages,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) is a luxury and group cruise planning business run by Shamain Webster, a Certified Fora Travel Advisor based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what information I collect through azuravoyages.com, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give me
When you fill out a form on this site, such as a Discovery Call request, a trip-planning form, or the Cruise Matching Quiz sign-up, I may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Trip details, such as the type of trip, timing, destination, number of travelers, budget range, and any notes you choose to share
- Whether you’ve opted in to receive travel tips and offers by email
When you book a call, you schedule it through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site collects some information automatically when you visit:
- Site analytics and heatmaps. I use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they visit, where they click, and how far they scroll, including session replays. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies, and is set up to mask form entries. Microsoft’s handling of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which may log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, and measures site performance.
- Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
- Your browser’s storage. The site saves small notes in your browser, for example to remember that you’ve unlocked the Cruise Matching Quiz, or which link brought you here, so form submissions show where they came from.
How I use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare for our call
- To research, recommend, and book travel for you
- To send travel tips and offers, only if you’ve opted in
- To understand which pages and ads are working, and to improve the site
When information is shared
I don’t sell your personal information. I share it only as needed to run my business and plan your travel:
- Service providers that help me operate, such as the tools that receive and organize form submissions, schedule calls, send email, host the site, and provide analytics
- Fora Travel and travel suppliers, such as cruise lines, when you ask me to plan or book a trip. Fora is the host agency I book through, and it handles booking information under its own privacy policy.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of my clients, my business, or others
Your choices
- Email: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting me.
- Your information: you can ask me to tell you what information I have about you, correct it, or delete it, unless I need to keep it to complete a booking or for legal or accounting reasons.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Keeping your information safe
I take reasonable steps to protect your information and only keep it as long as I need it for the purposes above. No website or online service can guarantee complete security.
Children
This site is intended for adults planning travel. I don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
