1. We choose the destination together

Then I'll recommend the destinations, cruise lines, and ships that fit your group best, and we'll decide together.
2. I hold a block of cabins for your group, with no financial commitment from you
Once we've picked the sailing, I reserve a block based on an estimated number of cabins for your group. This holds space for your guests at group pricing while everyone decides. There's no financial commitment from you to hold the block.
3. Your group gets time to decide
Big trips take a little coordination. People need to check calendars, talk to their families, and plan their budgets. The group block gives everyone breathing room to make their decision without the pressure of the best cabins disappearing overnight.

4. Bonus: a private group just for your travelers
To make it easy for everyone, I create a private group for your cruise on Facebook or WhatsApp, whichever your group prefers. You can invite anyone you'd like to come learn more and make their final decision.
Inside the group, I share all the details (the itinerary, the ship, cabin options, pricing, and key dates) and I answer everyone's questions directly. That means you're not stuck relaying messages or fielding the same question fifty times.
5. Guests lock in their cabins with a deposit
When someone is ready to join, they secure their cabin by paying their deposit. Each guest pays their own deposit, so you're not stuck collecting money for everyone.
6. Unclaimed cabins go back to the cruise line
Group blocks don't stay open forever. After a set period, unclaimed cabins are released back to the public. The exact timing depends on the cruise line (around 30 days is common, for example), and I'll let you know the date up front so everyone knows when to decide.
7. I'm with you every step of the way
From the first conversation to the day you all come home, I'm there for you and your guests. I can help arrange onboard group events, private cocktail parties, dinners together, and meeting spaces for corporate groups, and I'll make sure your group has what it needs throughout the journey.
